Product Refunds

We offer store credit rather than refunds on merchandise. We offer no exchanges or refunds on sale items, and no returns on color makeup (lipstick, eye color, mascara, etc).


Appointments and Cancellations

Please note our request for at least 24 hour advance notice of appointment cancellation. Thank you for your understanding; we make our living by reserving time for our clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so as to be on time for yours. In order to keep this schedule policy working for all of our clients, any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of full service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service booked.  A major credit card will be necessary to reserve time for multi-service appointments.


We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. Returned checks have a $50.00 penalty charge, in addition to the original amount written. 


Due to privacy for our clients, and for the safety of all children, and because of the use of chemicals in the salon, we do not allow any children at Visage who do not have an appointment for a service. We want you and other guests to enjoy services in a relaxing and carefree environment.


Gratuity is not expected.  Should you wish to compliment a staff member, any amount will be appreciated.  The Spa Industry suggests a 15-20% gratuity.
